  • Overview

    Approximately 70% of all reproductive-age females in the United States are at risk for an unplanned pregnancy every year. Patient-centered counseling is extremely important so physicians can offer the most appropriate contraceptive option to each individual patient based on her preferences and lifestyle.

    With so many options for women to choose from, this discussion takes a closer look at the advantages and disadvantages of non-LARC options.
