*Registration for this Women's Health Annual Visit® lunch will be available on-site.

Description:

The patient journey in Women’s Health can be complicated and stressful for both the physician and the patient. Clinicians have the ability to streamline the experience by offering the most informative and innovative testing available. Advances in screening tests for STIs, fertility, and aneuploidy have changed dramatically over the years to improve patient care. Examples of evidence-based precision medicine will be presented to demonstrate how the latest advances in technology translate into a more personalized journey for the patient.

Objectives:

  1. Describe innovative technologies that are personalizing reproductive health, fertility, and pregnancy care.
  2. Critically examine current screening practices to identify areas where precision medicine is improving patient care and the patient experience.
  3. Apply evidence-based medicine to increase the medical value of current screening practices
